Orders are processed from 10.00 to 20.00 from Monday to Friday.

Parcels are sent every day. Orders placed before 13.00 are dispatched on the day of order.
All orders placed after 13.00 will be shipped the next day.

Free delivery is possible for only small items: rings, bracelets, pendants, neckleces, which can be sent by regular mail without tracking number.

We offer free shipping via Canada Post with a tracking number on order over $100. The promotion lasts until January 31, 2024.

If buyer needs a tracking number, it should be specified in the Comment box on the order form.
In this case buyer is responsible for the shipping payment.

Exchanges and returns of goods are carried out within 30 days after order confirmation.

If you receive a product of inadequate quality, the exchange and return will be paid by our store. If the product you ordered is not the one you ordered, this also applies to the product being of inadequate quality. We will refund the payment in full or send the order again. After receiving the order, you must send a photo of the damage by Exchange/Returns form.

A product of inadequate quality is understood as a product that is unable to provide functional qualities due to a significant manufacturing defect. It must be a defective product.

If the costomer wishes to exchange or returne, he has to fill out Exchange/Returns form by clicking on the highlighted text. Please note the item must be returned in its original condition and our store is not responsible for the shipping costs.

We will be able to make an exchange or refund when we receive your package at our warehouse.
