Exchanges and returns of goods are carried out within 30 days after order confirmation.
If you receive a product of inadequate quality, the exchange and return will be paid by our store. If the product you ordered is not the one you ordered, this also applies to the product being of inadequate quality. We will refund the payment in full or send the order again. After receiving the order, you must send a photo of the damage by
Exchange/Returns form.
A product of inadequate quality is understood as a product that is unable to provide functional qualities due to a significant manufacturing defect. It must be a defective product.
If the costomer wishes to exchange or returne, he has to fill out
Exchange/Returns form by clicking on the highlighted text. Please note the item must be returned in its original condition and our store is not responsible for the shipping costs.
We will be able to make an exchange or refund when we receive your package at our warehouse.
Please note that the amount returned will be 5% less on your payment. This is the cost of the payment system commission, which is not refundable.
